FourAxis Consulting offers strategic business advice, HR consulting, IT consulting, marketing, and operational management services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and costs will be agreed upon separately in distinct consulting agreements.
All materials produced or provided by FourAxis Consulting as part of our engagement remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred through a written agreement. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use deliverables for their internal purposes.
FourAxis Consulting acknowledges that we may receive access to sensitive internal data. We agree not to disclose, share, or use this confidential information for any purpose outside the scope of the provided services without prior written consent.
In no event shall FourAxis Consulting, nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
